Measuring the overall size of your kitchen
Firstly, you need to measure the overall size of your kitchen, taking note of its height and width.
Height – In here, the height of your kitchen would be the space in between the floor and ceiling.
Width – Likewise, the width of your kitchen is measured by calculating the distance from one wall to another.
At the time of taking measurements, you will need to note the height from floor to windows. This way you can ensure that all the benchtops and cabinets fit perfectly within your space. Along with that, you should take down notes of the power points and light switches that you have in the kitchen.
